Crisis Hotlines and Self-Care Resources
During challenging times we want you to know that support is available. While your ACE point of contact and ACE's HR department are available to you, the following are additional national crisis hotlines and self-care resources for you to have on hand. Please utilize the following resources if they are needed. We hope you can get the assistance you need.
National Mental Health and Crisis Hotlines:
In general, hotlines have three things in common:
1) they are available to call 24/7
2) they are 100% confidential
3) they are free
Here’s a list of hotlines that may help you in whatever situation you find yourself in.
Feeling Overwhelmed? There are a lot of phone numbers on this page. If you don’t know where to start, we suggest dialing 2-1-1 on your phone to be connected with the national human service call center. You can learn more about the 2-1-1 number here, and find your local 211 connection.
